Wine making & Aging: Marsala grapes for excellence, they grow with great structure and minerals. Harvested by hand in small boxes, they are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16/18° C and aging takes place in stainless steel vats for more than 6 months. After bottling they are stored for at least a month before being marketed
Color: Straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges, it is a distinctly intense and persistent wine
Aroma: It has great freshness and is tangy on the palate.
Flavor: It has a strong bouquet of yellow fruits with delicate nuances of citrus fruits and herbs.
