Wine making & Aging: Red vinification with a cryomaceration at 4 °C for 24/36 hours, crushing and destemming grapes and start of fermentation in steel tanks at 20-22 °C for 4-5 days. Then separation of solid parts and end of fermentation

Color: intense ruby red with violet and purple nuances

Aroma: red fruit, mulberry and sour cherry preserve with a scent of violet. Appreciable nuances of nuts, liquorice and black pepper

Flavor: warm, full bodied with a long-lingering taste. Sweet and balanced tannin

Alc.volume: 12,5%

Serving temperature: 15°-18°C

Serving suggestions: Structured first courses with tomato sauce, timballo, wild boar, red meats and seasoned cheese
