Wine making & Aging: Gentle pressing of the grapes, gravity-setting of the must, then fermentation, and maturation in steel.

Color: Luminous straw yellow.

Aroma: Balanced, full-flavoured, extremely elegant and pleasurable, marrying an initial crispness to a finish of bitter almond classic to the grape variety.

Flavor: Floral and fruit-rich, with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, particularly apple.

Alc.volume: 12%

Serving temperature: 8°-10° С

Serving suggestions: It goes nicely with delicate appetizers and first courses especially with fish dishes.
