Grape: Blend of Lambrusco Salamino, Grasparossa, Maestri

Wine making & Aging:
Red vinification with a short maceration followed by a soft press. Conservation of the must in cold storage at 0°C. Second fermentation in autoclave for the foam to the achievement of 2.5 atmospheres. The whole process takes place at low temperatures

Sparkling, round, sweet, pleasant and characteristic

Fruity with raspberry notes and wild berries
