Wine making & Aging: Sicilian origins, grown typically of inland hilly areas, the grapes of the Nero d'Avola express all the Sicilian terroir. Harvested by hand in small boxes, de-stemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27° C. Aging takes place in stainless steel vats and french oak barrels for 6 months. Stored one month in bottle before being marketed
