Grape: Blend of Lambrusco Salamino, Grasparossa, Maestri
Wine making & Aging: Red vinification with a short maceration followed by a soft press. Conservation of the must in cold storage at 0°C. Second fermentation in autoclave for the foam to the achievement of 2.5 atmospheres. The whole process takes place at low temperatures
Color: Bright ruby red
Aroma: Sparkling, round, sweet, pleasant and characteristic
Flavor: Fruity with raspberry notes and wild berries
Alc.volume: 8%
