Wine making & Aging: Crushing grapes with soft press. Conservation of the must in cold storage at 0°C. Second fermentation in autoclave for the foam to the achievement of 2.5 atmospheres. The whole process takes place at low temperatures
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections
Aroma: Crisp, sweet, round and fruity
Flavor: Floral, delicate, with hints of fruit
Alc.volume: 8%
