Wine making & Aging: Grapes are softly pressed and the must is fermented for 8/12 days at a controlled temperature, 15/17°C, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored at 18/20°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling
Color: Soft coral pink, with coppery shades
Aroma: Fresh and elegant, it has pleasant fruity hints of peach and apricot, a delicate citrus nuance of grapefruit and, in closing, floral notes reminiscent of peach blossom
Flavor: Dry, with a good structure, pleasantly persistent, it is characterized by an acidity balanced and with a delicate mineral note in the finish
