Wine making & Aging: Red vinification is achieved through the prolonged maceration for 8-10 days, in order to obtain the typical aroma of the vineyard. Aging of at least 2 months in stainless tanks
Color: Intense ruby red
Aroma: Dry but fruity, harmonious
Flavor: Pleasant and persistent, with violet scent
Alc.volume: 12%
Serving temperature: 18°-20°C
Serving suggestions: Particularly suitable to accompany pasta dishes, roasts and grilled meat
